Doctoring My First Chicken

So I realize this isn’t generally egg-citing news, but one of my chickens has vent gleat, otherwise termed by me: “yucky butt”.  So I googled “what the heck is wrong with my chickens butt” and found some pretty good leads on treatment.  So I think.  We will find out!

I washed her up in warm water with some apple cider vinegar and dish soap and then gave her some epsom salt water in a syringe and gave her probiotic in her water and some feed in yogurt and have her quarunteened for now.  

There are so many more things I could update here but this one was the most unusual and the biggest learning experience for me, so I was a little excited about it.
